What Would You Do If Fear Wasn’t Holding You Back?

Hello! I have confidence and authenticity on my brain today. Here's a little story + tools if you're also craving more fearless living.

There's a woman that I pass almost any morning that I take a walk, who dances by the ocean…

Headphones on. Arms in the air. Hips swaying. Booty shaking.

Not a care in the world as cyclists, runners, dog walkers, cars, (me!)- as we all pass by.

And if she does care what we think that doesn't stop her from jamming out.

I love this woman. I love that she's PLAYING.

I love her fearless choice in doing what feels right for her.

She's not waiting or worrying. Just living in the moment.

At least this is the story that I tell myself about her.

What's a “dance” that you're dying to do in your life, but are worried about the outcome?

What if you knew it would be okay…BETTER than okay?

In case you need a nudge to take the risk, here are some reminders for you written straight from my heart. You're welcome to take any of these affirmations and replace the "You" with "I"...

You are enough.

You are worthy of all of the thoughts, feelings, dreams, and desires that your heart can hold.

You deserve to take up space TODAY exactly as you are.

Your opinions are valuable.

You are talented.

You can do ANYTHING that you put your mind to.

Your body is perfect exactly as it is today.

You make a difference in someone's life every single day.

You deserve peace, happiness, connection, and fulfillment because you exist.

You are allowed to define love in any way that feels good for you.

Mmmmmmm. Deep breath in. Deep breath out.

Here's to stepping OUT of your comfort zone this week and INTO courageous authenticity.

P.S. If you're ready for support around elevating your authentic leadership & feeling comfortable in your skin, book a breakthrough call with me to talk about how we can make that happen through 1:1 coaching.
